I am a counselor and psychotherapist licensed to practice therapy in Wisconsin , Arizona, and as a telehealth provider in Florida.  I am specialized in the use of mind/body healing therapeutic techniques including EMDR.  I have worked for 25 years in the fields of mental health, healing, personal growth, spirituality, and education.  I have worked in inpatient and outpatient hospital mental health settings, residential trauma treatment, group practice and private practice settings, and in  higher education, where I developed and taught a personal growth course for college students. Using EMDR and guided imagery/visualization together are my passion especially, because I see how effective they are at healing and releasing old stuff that don't realize is connected to our current problems.  I also love these approaches together because they can feel positive, relaxing, and empowering, which is what I want everyone to experience in life, and want everyone to experience in therapy.
